The European Parliament welcomes visits from both individuals and groups in Brussels. As the EU's only directly-elected institution, the Parliament's 705 members represent the voices of European citizens.
The European Parliament meets in plenary session in either Strasbourg or Brussels. During these sittings, the members discuss and vote on legislation that affects the lives of all Europeans.
Visitors to the European Parliament can take guided tours, attend debates, and meet with members of Parliament. The Parliament also offers a variety of educational programs for students and adults.
