Former President Donald Trump has claimed that his Mar-a-Lago estate in Florida is worth over $1 billion. However, a New York judge has ruled that Trump exaggerated the value of the property.
In an April deposition, Trump claimed that the Palm Beach County assessor had appraised Mar-a-Lago's market value at $739 million. However, the judge ruled that Trump's claim was not supported by the evidence.
Trump has estimated that he spent $100 million on Mar-a-Lago when he purchased it. The property includes a 126-room mansion, a golf course, and a private beach club.
