Full 2-Round Predictions After Lottery Reveal
Following the conclusion of the NBA draft lottery, we now have a better idea of which teams will be picking where in the upcoming 2023 NBA draft. With that in mind, we've updated our mock draft projections for the first and second rounds.
Our latest mock draft features some notable changes from our previous version. Most notably, we now have Victor Wembanyama going No. 1 overall to the Houston Rockets. We also have Scoot Henderson going No. 2 overall to the Oklahoma City Thunder and Nick Smith Jr. going No. 3 overall to the Orlando Magic.
The rest of the top 10 remains largely unchanged, with Anthony Black, Cam Whitmore, and GG Jackson all still projected to go in the top 10. However, there are some new faces in the mix, including Ausar Thompson and Jalen Hood-Schifino.
In the second round, we have a number of interesting prospects who could be steals for their respective teams. These include players like Leonard Miller, Kyle Filipowski, and Aidan Shaw.
Of course, this is just a mock draft and anything can happen on draft night. However, these projections give us a good idea of which players are likely to be available when each team is on the clock.
